The owners of this farmhouse property approached us with a brief to replace a poorly constructed existing single storey extension and outdated conservatory with a modern single storey extension and two storey extension to the rear.  The design incorporates a sophisticated heating system combining ground source heating, wind power and battery storage to ensure minimal running costs.
